At Flipflow, we’re looking for an International Enterprise Account Manager to join our core Customer Success team and own the relationship, growth, and long-term success of some of our most strategic customers.

This is not a traditional Customer Success role focused only on support or churn prevention.

It sits at the intersection between Customer Success and Key Account Management.

You will be responsible for strategic account ownership, driving customer engagement and satisfaction, operational effectiveness, renewals, expansion, ARR growth and Net Revenue Retention, while acting as a trusted partner for enterprise and high-profile clients.

You will work closely with the CCO, Head of Sales, Product, Data and Engineering teams, playing a key role in how Flipflow scales its enterprise customer base internationally.
